1. Shipping Across India

We deliver to most pin codes across India through our trusted logistics partners. Whether you’re in a
metro city or a remote town, we strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

2. Order Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
• You will receive an order confirmation email/SMS once your order is placed.
• Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive tracking details via email/SMS.

Please note: Delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, strikes, courier delays, festivals, etc.).

4. Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹ 1000.
• A nominal shipping fee of ₹[Y] may apply to orders below that threshold or on Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, where applicable.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

• COD is available for select pin codes.
• A small COD handling fee of ₹70 may apply.
• We may contact you to confirm the COD order before dispatch.

6. Order Tracking

Track your order in real-time!
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS. You can also log into your account on our website and check the ‘My Orders’ section.

7. Delivery Partners

We’ve partnered with leading courier services like Delhivery, Blue Dart, Shiprocket, and others to ensure
safe and reliable delivery.

8. Delivery Attempts

Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package up to 3 times. If the package is undelivered after these attempts, it will be returned to us.
